What’s here:
Here, you’ll find many beauty products, occasional fashion items, and random tech gadgets. Most of them are new, and 100% authentic, unless otherwise stated.

My items are all selling at a highly-discounted rate of 40% – 70% off the current retail price.

Why such a good deal? I get most of these as gifts and have no use for them. There’s no catch, no hidden clause, they aren’t stolen goods, neither are they knock offs (unless specified). Why don’t I keep them for myself? Because I don’t need them. I have a lot of family bills to pay off. Therefore, I’d rather sell them off.

How to purchase:
Please email in the item name to roomclearance@gmail.com. I will only accept payment via Posbank or DBS transfers. As I have a very erratic schedule, meet ups are only for bulky items or expensive items.

About Postage:
Normal postage is included in the listed price. Whilst I will take all care in packing the product, I cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing in transit. Therefore, registered postage is highly recommended. If you wish to have your item registered, please add on $2 to the listed price.

Because of my schedule, I can only head to the Post Office on Wednesdays or Saturdays. I will try to head down on other days, but only if I have the time.

Money Not Enough?
I am open to price negotiations, but please do not offer ridiculously low prices. My items are all great bargains already. I am also willing to give discounts for multiple purchases or repeat buyers.
